First time remote investor looking at Kansas city metro area

Hi everyone,

I read posts and listened to podcasts here many times. Now gathered courage to introduce myself :).

I am in California and do not see good rental opportunities here. Other than buying my current house with financing, do not have any history of real estate adventures.

Looking forward to invest remotely in buy and hold rental properties. Currently checking Kansas city metro area because I lived there some time back. In addition, it looks like a good rental investment area.

Could someone recommend a buyer's agent, property manager and others in Kansas city metro area to help with buying and holding process while I am remote?

I have noticed and studied 4 properties that I liked. But would start with one of them to start small. I will post my analysis of one property in a couple of days for advise from all the fantastic people here.
