Professional Agent Advice_Startup with 20K
Hi there,
Is there any professional who can give me advices?
I'm really interested in getting into real estate business but I'm low in cash (20k) in cash. I can get another 20K from my father I guess but the problem is that all the properties around my area are more than 100K. I can't get a loan either. How can I find a good deal for wholesale? I used Zillow but it did not help me either.
