New member in Pensacola, FL
Hello everybody! My name is Frank Szymanski and I currently reside in Pensacola, FL. I am a relatively new college grad working as a mechanical engineer for about 2 years now. I enjoy my job/career and plan to continue to grow in that area. With that said, I am highly interested in multiple income streams, and real estate is a recent interest of mine.
I don't know much at all, but I thought I'd take the first step by introducing myself. I look forward to learning and networking in the near future. I plan to focus initially on buy and hold homes, focusing on maximizing cash flow. Intertwining this with my full-time job will be a challenge that I look forward to attacking.
