REI Philadelphia - New to site

Hello All,

My name is Elisha and I am interested in diversified real estate investing (broad I know). I grew up with my parents being rehab flippers and had to live in these properties. I hated it growing up but as I get older and watch more HGTV the more interested I've become. I've bought 2 of my own properties, done a lot of research on the topic and I am looking for networking opportunities as well as mentoring.

Initially, I would like to begin with wholesaling, rehab flips and eventually cashflow. I have a full time corporate job and will begin an MBA program next month. I really don't have the time to rehab flip just yet so as for now I am trying to assemble a power team.

I plan to attend an REI club meeting in my area soon as well as some other meetups.

So far I find this site to be filled with outstanding info but boy it is overwhelming. If you can't point me in the right direction as to where to start or want to network, please let me know.
