Newbie here in Columbus, OH - Looking to grow!
Hello! I am new into real estate world and the forum world. I am looking to grow my network, portfolio and knowledge. My first transaction was a flip about 6 months ago and was able to pay off my school loans! Looking to start buying and holding properties to build a portfolio in the Columbus, OH. I am still open to flipping houses, but would like to focus more on the rental side to get continuous cash flow. Any beginner advice would be appreciated!
