Newbie from Indian Head, Maryland
Hi all
My name is Karrie and I'm a newbie to this group and to the industry. Real new as to where I haven't even had my first deal yet. I'm still in the research and investigating stage. I was told to join this group by a few different people in hopes that I can gain the knowledge and possibly work with others. I don't have any experience in real estate other than taking the pre licensing course several years ago. My BFF is an actual agent so I learn from her when she tells me about some of her dealings. My goal is to start off as a wholesaler and move into investing and then possibly adding landlord to the list as well. Looking forward to learning from and networking with you.
