Hi everyone! I’m new here as you can tell by the amount of time it states in my profile LOL! Anyways I’m excited about this new app a buddy of mine put me on. I’m really hoping to learn a lot and read up on all of the successes, and even failures (because we can all learn from that) the ins and outs, do’s and dont’s so on and so forth! I am currently trying to learn how to really read a market and see when and how to acquire the money to execute on great deals in order to instantly gain off of the property. Thank you for your time I’m reading this, can’t wait to be back stateside!
