Newbie from Red Bluff, CA
My name is Ryan Kinyon, I'm from Red Bluff, CA - the far northern region. I'm a full-time firefighter with the goal of becoming a real estate investor. I have a B.S. in Business Management. I'm happily married with a 2 year old daughter and another kid on the way, my goal is to start building long term wealth for my family. I hope to do that through buy and holds with SFR and small mulits.
I own one rental, which used to be my primary. It breaks even. I participated in one flip a few years back with a partner, but he ended up buying it as his primary. I've had the bug for a while and started listening to BP Podcast on my commute. Picked up a few books and plowed through them and now I'm ready to get my hands dirty.
Excited to network, learn from experienced investors, find opportunities, learn about new markets, and start my journey.
