Hi there....I am so excited about finding BiggerPockets!
I have been dabbling in RE investment for 15+ years, starting out with my first home in the UK.
I have been a licensed agent for just over a year and have closed nearly $10M in business in the past 12 months - focusing my efforts mainly on finding great deals for local investors. The value of insider information is immeasurable and sometimes I wish I had walked away from my corporate career track years ago, but "better late than never!"
I am here to learn and to network. I would love to join a local group and can't wait until I have paid my dues and can post some of the great deals that are out there in the SoCal market.
