Newbie near Cleveland
Hello BP. I'm Jeff and I'm new to the world of REI and have yet to do my first deal. I have been working for someone else for 30 years and am ready to start making my own way and calling my own shots. My current situation is different than many in that I am only in the States for a couple of months at a time. I spend over half of every year overseas. I don't have a team built that I can trust to take care of things when I am gone, so that is really the first priority for me.
I am looking at multifamily units near Cleveland, preferably the west side. The other option I'd really like to examine is flipping houses in the Western Geauga area, which is closer to home for me.
I appreciate the time that so many have taken to post their own stories, successes and failures on this site. All of that information has really sped along my education in this new field. Hope to see some of you out there in the real world, thanks
