Hello everyone, just like most people my brother and I have always just been lurking on BP and listening to podcasts. We finally decided to sign up and take action. My twin and I are 23 years old and still living at home to save money for investing. I personally have no REI experience, and he got his RE license last year. We are currently looking to flip and have already been prequalified. Between the both of us were pretty handy and can do a lot of the work on ourselves. Our big question is, how do we find our first home? We’ve been checking the MLS for about a month now and can’t seem to find a a good starter home. If anyone has suggestions/tips for our area, you have our full and undivided attention! Thanks!
