Hello everyone. I've listened to the BP Podcast for over a year now and finally made a profile. 

I live in Kansas City, MO and I have managed a large apartment complex for about 7 years now. I bought my first rental property, which is a four plex, about 2 1/2 years ago. 

I am currently getting into house flipping, and I will be closing on the first house I intend to flip in a few weeks.
