Hello fellow BP members. As you guys can see, I am new to BP and the world of real estate. I have been studying/following/listing to podcasts of BP for the past one year. Finally, I am happy to say that I just finished my first deal in Atlanta with my brother. We got the property from a wholesaler with a section 8 tenant. We got the property at ~17% discount, and most of the upgrades were already done. Excited to be part of the new journey.

Thanks BP for all the knowledge sharing.
