Newbie from Elkhart, Indiana
Hi BP, my name is Cody Hall and I'm from Elkhart, Indiana! If it doesn't sound familiar, it is about 30 minutes east of South Bend.
I am a real estate "student" with the extent of my experience being the purchase of my primary residence. I bought the house in 2016 to fix it up and resell it, and have done extensive remodeling to it. I've enjoyed it thoroughly!
I have been lurking on the forums for a few months now, and have been listening to the BP Podcast and other real estate podcasts for longer than that. I've read several RE books, and absorbed as much as I can from experienced Youtubers. Late last year my wife and I approached our friend and his wife with the idea of starting a real estate investment company. We've registered it in the state of Indiana, and are in the process of searching for deals, and growing our network of contacts! Exciting times for us!
