I have purchased property for investment before and feel fairly knowledgeable about the ins and outs. But I am looking to devote full time to RE investing now, and I dont want to pay full commissions anymore. I am thinking about using Ziprealty or other discounters for my transactions to save some money on this front, but I have heard mixed reviews, especially on the sll side front. I would love to hear any feedback (pos or neg) those with experience may have. Thanks in advance.

Would also love to get feedback on other questions and know that you folks know a lot more than I do. Thanks!!!

Pat
