Hello all, I’m new here on BiggerPockets and I’ve already been blown away by all of the great information on this forum! I was recommended to this site by my cousin, and he is totally right to tell me to slow down and check out the BiggerPockets community before I pull the trigger on an investment. I am looking to learn and network as much as possible in the Pueblo/Colorado Springs area before I start investing in flips and rentals while keeping my day job in the military...for now. Thanks!

@Taylor O'Leary welcome. You might start with the Ultimate Beginners Guide. My suggestion is to focus on what you want (flips and rentals). Set up some keyword alerts and learn all you can about what you are interested in. Beware of shiny objects. BP is full of them.
