Newbie From El Paso, TX
Hello BiggerPockets community. My name is Daniel Gruenstern and I currently live in El Paso, TX. However, my family and I hope to be moving to Raeigh, NC in the next year. I am currently in the U.S. Army and I fly Blackhawk helicopters. I have pretty much no experience in real estate unless buying my own house counts. The most experience I do have is what my wife tells me. She is a new real estate agent and my go to for immediate answers to my real estate questions. My interest in investing peaked in real estate after attending some FortuneBuilders seminars. Through doing some research, I came upon BiggerPockets and have been hooked since, reading blogs daily, and trying to listen to the podcasts at every opportunity. I look forward to learning more and eventually diving into the world of real estate investing.
