New to Bigger Pockets and Philadelphia
Hi All,
A friend referred me to Bigger Pockets because I'm interested in real estate. I recently started a new job and relocated to Philadelphia. I am interested in several areas in the city of Philadelphia. Firstly, I am looking to purchase a house for myself, not necessarily as an income property. I am interested in the classic row houses around the city.
If anyone has any experiences in the city, or recommendations on where to start with Philadelphia itself, I would greatly appreciate the help!
