Hello Everyone,

I thought I would give a little info about myself.

I just joined this site after doing a google search for some real estate information I was looking for.

I found a very good article on what I was looking for & thought, heck... I bet there are more articles I would like to read. So I joined!

So, I live in the South Seattle area. Bonney Lake, Washington to be exact. I am partners in a few Multi-Family complexes that are going to be built as soon as we get enough investors.

In the next couple weeks I will be putting some websites together to help get local and out-of-state investors.

I thought that I could learn from some people that I'm sure have already done this & also let some people know about the investment opportunity that we will be having come up in the near future.

Anyway - That's my 2 cents...

We have a syndication group on BP. One of the threads has references to SEC-based laws on raising money with websites. I suggest you read through those articles before you build the sites or spend money on them.

You are likely going to need a broker-dealer on your team if you choose to go that route.
