I'd like to start by thanking all of you for the opportunity to learn from your experiences and educate myself in real estate investing. I have recently become obsessed with the real estate world, currently I am interested in buy and hold investing. I have gathered information from books, podcasts and other resources, however I have not had to opportunity to speak with live people and learn as much as possible before I begin investing.
