Eager, anxious, & ready, but, how can I see houses without her?

Hey everyone!

Short version:

Can you please advise on how to deal with having an agent representing us, but other agents not wanting to meet with us without her when she is unavilable?

Back story:

I've been lurking for a short while and have learned way more than I ever imagined I would hanging out on this site. Thank you all for your generosity - seriously!

I am finally ready to not only start engaging & networking on here, but we are actively looking for our first property. We are working with an agent.  She has our full profile & knows how aggressive we are.

Which brings me to my conundrum.

My issue-situation-question is this: Because we have made REI our goal, with a plan for a lifestyle change, business objectives , and everything, we are online every day looking for and analyzing deals [as you can see I upgraded my BP account to have full access to the calculators!!! :)] . We drive the neighborhoods we are interested in when we can. We've even lined up friends who are contractors to help us for the rehab. We are taking ALL the advice you guys have shared.

We ask our agent to set up appointments for us weekly. But we are also willing to view houses, several times a week if need be. I feel like we are as aggressive as we need to be - and maybe it's too aggressive for my realtor...? And the truth is, I also feel like we are missing out because we don't get to see some properties as soon as we wanted to and others beat us to the punch. We've already experienced this, missing out on the chance to bid on property by hours, because someone saw the house on Monday when we wanted to go in on Sunday but didn't get to until Tuesday because my agent was unavailable. Monday person got his offer accepted on Tuesday while we were literally walking around the house, telling her to write up our offer.

She's invested a few days with us already, and I don't want to discontinue my relationship with her because I know how important it is to have a realtor on my side, and I trust her to vouch for me. But how do I get to view properties without her? We are in a busy market. Agents are busy people, I know. She's not always in the position to see houses the next day, but we can be. But agents won't meet us if we say we are already working with an agent.

Can you please advise on how to deal with having an agent representing us, but other agents not wanting to meet with us without her?

Thank you all again and again!

So glad to be here. And so eager to share our future first buy with you all!
