Ju Ju in Savannah - my official hello

Hello, I'm Ju Ju. I've been listening to all of the podcasts for over a year but I'm not a "chat forum" kind of girl. I have even read all of the BP books, just never really had the guts to join the site for some reason.... I really enjoy learning about real estate. I currently spend a lot of my time on my short-term rentals here in Savannah, GA. I have really enjoyed meeting people who have stayed with us from all over the world. Are there any meet ups in Savannah? I would definitely come if there is one.

My husband and I own commercial and also residential real estate. I have a big project I'm working on now, I'm converting a house into a commercial property. I will need some moral support through this. I haven't even submitted the application to move the property from residential zoning to commercial because I'm waiting to hear from the city if they will allow us to keep our septic system. This will be a long rehab and I will definitely be posting questions and would appreciate the help. 

I have a lot of respect for this site and I want to thank you all for the information that you are putting out there. You have made a difference in my life.
