Newbie 20something just getting started!
Hi BP family,
Thanks so much for the knowledge of this community! I am interested in learning as much as possible about real estate investing so that I can find my niche and work on some really awesome deals and projects.
A little about me: Currently instructing Calculus, transitioning to an MBA program in the fall. I am most interested in working in real estate to build a business, create passive income, and eventually invest to help others build their businesses. Something I’ve thought about for some time, but without action...you know....
I’ve been studying and researching for a little over a year now, but making connections is my growth area so that I can form a good community to learn and work with.
Whats the best thread/article you’ve come across on:
- finding the first deal/learning with others executing a deal
- creating a successful team (contractors, inspectors, real estate lawyers, etc.)
- analyzing deals (preferably comparing 2 or more deals)
There are so many threads here, so maybe this can help me get to some specific links or info a bit faster.
To the good life!
Brittany

@Brittany Alexander Welcome to BP! You will find RE investing to be less quantitatively, but more emotionally, challenging than calculus.
I would begin by picking a niche and learning as much as possible. There is a plethora of information out there. It can become overwhelming trying to learn everything about everything.
Best of luck!
