HELLO BP

I'm Jacob and my wife is Rachel. I'm not sure when we joined but it seems like almost 2 years. We've learned so much and greatly value this site. Not sure why I decided to do this now, but better late than never.

We live in Tustin, California and have mainly been planning for our first investment property to be out of state. Neither of us have RE estate experience but my father is a broker and older sister is an agent. So I've grown up knowing the potential RE has. My father always told me to buy a multifamily and have the tenants pay my mortgage. I finally understand.

We are hoping to retire early (in 7 years). We estimated 10k a month would be enough. Our strategy for the moment is Buy and Hold as many 4-plexes as possible, with the likelihood of jumping into 5+ units. (4 unit buildings are easier to finance)

Nice to meet you all

-Jacob
