Hello. First time posting I BP. I'm a new REI in Pittsburgh, PA looking to get into Wholesaleing, Rehabs and rentals.

I do have some experience. I've had a duplex fully rented since 2006.

I'm looking to connect with other REIs in my area. Thanks in advance
