New here Brooklyn in the house
Hello! My name is Michelle (it says Michael but I’ll get that changed soon) and I am a condo owner in NYC. I’ve watched the value of my first purchase increase by 20% (some say it’s more than that) and it got me thinking - can I do something similar again? With BG I feel I have a great community to learn from and a better chance of success. I would like to find rentals. I’m open to a house hack in the area and also brrrr ‘s.
