Newbie in West Virginia
Salutation,
My name is Mandy Crawford. I am currently living here in West Virginia. Although I am a newbie in real estate, my family all invest in this business. Interestingly my family do not suggest I invest in real estate until I have a decent job and save up before thinking of rentals. They also buy stock in their spare time. I genuinely wish they taught me how to invest when I was young. That being said, after three seminars my husband and I went to I know my family is bending backwards with how they run their business.
In the area we live in it is difficult to find mentors nor is there any real estate clubs. We were surprised when I saw a real estate seminars in my area on Instagram (believe it or not). We are grateful for being able to attend these seminars because without it we wouldn't know the kind of information to start real estate investing.
By joining Bigger Pockets, we hope will pick brains from people alike and ask advice when needed. If you are around Hurricane, West Virginia I would love to network with you, if not I would still like advice from people who been doing this for awhile.
Currently, we put in an offer to flip a house? Other than that, we are trying to learn how to wholesale. If you have advice please let us know, we thank you for your time.

It would be incredible if we ever find a mentor here in the area but I think for not we are pretty much on our own.
