New member introduction
Hello my name is Charles, I am relatively new to the investing world. I am trying to start my career in real estate while working a job full time. I have been studying REI for about 5 years and it is time I finally get my feet wet.
I have been following many of the podcasts on this site and other sites as well.
Soon I will be starting my 1st residential flip with a partner. I am positive that all I have learned in the past will pay off and I will be successful.
My niche will be single family homes and eventually buy and hold.
