Hello All. I am new to investing in real estate. I live in the City of Dallas, TX. I have one rental, and just recently won a bid for SFR at Dallas County Sheriff's Tax sale, sold the property within a month after realizing liens and redemptions. I work with one investor who buys distressed properties and would like to learn more on wholesaling and finding investors.
