Newbie in Tucson, AZ

Hi everyone, I’m Frank. I’m married with four kids and live in Tucson, AZ. I’ve been running a general contracting/project managing business for the last two years. I also have years of experience with sales, marketing, customer service, and social science. I am interested in flipping for short term gain and holding rentals for long term wealth.
