Newbie from Portland, OR
Greetings all. I am Alex from Beaverton, OR and I am a newbie to BP as well as to real estate investing. I am currently trying to learn as much as I can on Sub-2's and Lease Options as well as setting up a business.
I have already learned a great deal from the BP articles and blogs over the past couple months and have been digging into some REI books as a start to my education. I will also be joining a local REI club, attending my first meeting in a couple of weeks.
If there is anyone in the Portland area that specializes in Sub-2's and/or Lease Options, I am willing to do some work for you in exchange for showing me the ropes.
