Atlanta, Ga: Learning the Ropes!
Hello BP folks!
My name is Jacob, and I’m new here to the forums, podcasts, real estate world. I have a single family I bought about 10 months ago I have been house hacking without even knowing it, and currently am in the process of setting up a seller financed deal I have questions about (more on that in a different thread)! My goal with beginning real estate investing is to build some stuff extra income for now, and wealth for later. I love my job, and so no rush to stop working anytime soon! I have been crushing the podcast and audio books for the past week now, and feel excited to move into the forums!
