Hello everybody! I'm a realtor in Williamsport, PA. We are getting alot of activity from the Marcellus Shale gas play. Real estate is really heating up from it.
If you talk with me more than 10 minutes you'll realize that I LOVE real estate. I just love the thrill of making deals happen. In my area I'm in the process of making myself the realtor to go to when they want to invest in a property. I still have lots to learn about investing which is why I searched on the web for spots to learn more from people who have done it. Reading books only gets you so far.
