Hi my name is Marlaina and I am fairly new for the past year I have been going to meet ups and networking events but still have not put my foot forth and put myself out there what kind of advise can any of the the vets in the rei game can give me I mainly want to flip and wholesale in the Houston area. How did y’all start and how did you get funding... also looking for investors who are willing to let me tag along and see how things are done
