Nice to meet you all. I’m new to BP and established a feel for it over a week, went Pro yesterday! I work full time at the railroad and currently 9+ years in military. AAS in Electrical Engineering Technology, AAS in Mechanical Engineering Technology, and finishing BS in Engineering Technology. I have 6+ years Electrician/Mechanic skill sets. I own 1 property which is my primary resident, so I have insight on the closing process. My plan is to Hold and Buy. I have money to invest but will explore other options to finance. I would be grateful for any advice from experienced investors, landlords and agents.
