Flipping land as new investor

Hello, I am new to this site and new to real estate investing. I have been researching, and am looking at Seth William's idea of land flipping by way of the tax delinquent list to find properties to buy and flip.  I have a job that I work four days a week, and am looking to start my own business. I feel like I have more potential, and real estate investment might just be my way. i do not have a lot of capital to start, and feel land is my best way. I am wondering without any experience in the land flipping business should I buy the REtipster course or go at it alone with the tons of tips and blogs he has available for free plus the many other people blogging doing the ding the same thing. Any information of any kind will be appreciated as I am just getting my feet wet.
