HELLO FROM NEW YORK CITY
Hi, my name is Christopher Feola and I have been a member of the bigger profits community for about a month. After looking at some posts,reading some articles, and getting some great information, I decided that I would introduce myself to the BP community. I am 24 years old, and have been interested in real estate investing for about 4 years. My background in REI is that I have none. Currently, I am still beefing up my education in REI, and BP has been a huge eye opener. I am looking to do short sale deals in the new york tri state area, and have some leads which I hope to get under contract within the next 30 days. I intend to move into lease option and subject to deals at some point. I am looking for a mentor, so if anyone is in the area and is having success in these areas of REI, please PM me. The information that is provided on this site is invaluable and I thank everyone on here for providing such a great resource for hungry, young investors like myself.
