Hello everyone! My name is Jake Penny I am a 23yrd old as of yesterday lol, I’ve been in the real estate Industry for two years now flipping houses and buying rentals. The past two years I have done eight deals which were all profitable. Also recently I was featured on DIY NETWORK FIRST TIME FLIPPERS. I am a huge advocate for constantly educating myself through books, videos, seminars, and programs not just for real estate but for personal development and sell for film. I also have a huge passion for helping and teaching others the knowledge that I have got in the past two years to help people like me get into real estate and start to create financial freedom. Right now I am only flipping in Delaware County Pennsylvania but I am looking to get into New Castle County Delaware, Gloucester County New Jersey, Salem County New Jersey, Camden County New Jersey. My biggest problem today is finding quality contractors. I have raised money, had done creative financing through credit cards at 0% interest rate, relationships with Hardmoney lenders, and have just started my pursuit with corporate credit andBig lines of credit. I hope to learn a lot from you all and meet a lot of you as well and help anyone that I can.
