Hi BP members! My name is Eric and this is my first post. I moved to Toronto with my wife 2 years ago and we are loving it here. I’m a designer with experience in both architecture and interior design. I have been in the business for some time now and recently starting to get into the real estate investing.

I am new to investing and have been voraciously taking in all the information on BP. I do have experience with rehab and do have reliable contractors that I work with, but finding deals and learning about different pockets in Toronto is new to me. I’m looking for active local groups to start meeting some people and learning about our local market. If you have some suggestions please let me know!
