Hello BP, I am Juan cabrera from jersey city NJ. I currently have 4 units (2 homes) in jersey city. I’m Looking to expand in any way or form. I have a little experience but I’m still learning and will forever be a student of the real estate world. Out of state investing, in state investing, im always open to suggestions. I spend about 30 min to an hour everyday reading forms on here just to expand my mind, not including podcast. I learned about BP earlier this year so I’m new to the “company”.
