New Member - Denver (originally from Houston)
Hi everyone! I am new to the BP community and I have been living in Denver for almost 1.5 years but originally from Houston, TX but also have lived in Seattle for 3.5 years after college.
I am excited to be here and I focusing on wholesaling but also open to fix n flips if the numbers make sense and I find the right power team members. I will probably be looking into outside cheaper markets once I establish myself locally first and really find my niche.
I am social and love networking so I appreciate the resources BP brings to the table. I am also bilingual and I hope to capitalize on that.
I learned about BP about a week ago from a friend at work and have been addicted to listening to podcasts ever since. I am also a HGTV addict. lol
