New investor in Simi Valley
Hello everyone! My name is Matthew Campbell. I am a business major at Moorpark College. In the past I have had success investing in the stock market and helping my dad run his SFR rental in Texas. I am looking to find my first deal either in or out of state. I’ve read every book I can get on the topic including; rich dad poor dad, long distance real estate investing, the book on real estate investing with low and no money down, the book on rental property investing, and finding and funding great deals. Each of those were great reads. I am very exited to finally be on the forums and excited to talk with you guys.
