My name is Joe Kemnitz and I have been interested in REI for a long time now. Have been in mortgage lending for about a year now and looking to pivot to an individual/smaller company so I can see how deals are done (wholesale, flips, rentals, anything). Want to learn the ropes and get out and doing deals as soon as possible. From Madison, WI and living in Detroit, MI.
