Investor in Ventura, CA
Hello BiggerPockets members.
My name is Chung Cam. I've been a long time buy and hold investor in southern California. Most of my investments are in San Gabriel Valley. My investments are 15 units with a mix of 2 5-units, a 3-unit, and a 2 single family. My investments have always been managed by my wife. I am considering purchasing more investments out of state this year.
My day job is a CPA. I am an audit manager for a public accounting firm in Santa Barbara. I also got BRE this year because of my interest in real estate.
Recently discovered the forum and podcast through and friend and it has reinvigorated my interest and picking up more investments. I am currently considering Texas or Missouri for cash flowing properties.
