Good morning everyone,

My name is Michael Wilson and I am about as new as someone can get to real estate investing. My plan is to buy single family homes and utilize the BRRRR method and to get into notes. I guess it could be said at this point I am working to build my education, while really trying to avoid the analysis paralysis. A little about me, i'm 42, retired from the military, going to school, and really want to be my own boss. I do enjoy fixing things around the house and haven't shied away from taking on the big projects like roofing or drywall. In fact my wife and I are working on polishing up our primary residence to sell soon. Im excited to start this journey and looking forward to learning as much as I can and to interact with people.
