Hi, everyone! My name is Melinda, and I'm from the DFW area. I'm a newbie on this site as well as a newbie in real estate. I'm not a newbie in owning my own business, as I've owned 2 businesses in the last 10 years. However, now I'm ready to dive into what I really love, and that is real estate. My goals are to buy a minimum of one house per year as rentals. My goal is to be able to replace my income with this passive income and grow from there. I know it's going to take a lot of time and effort, but I'm sure it won't seem like work since I've always wanted to do this and feel it will become my passion.

Welcome Melinda!
