Hey everyone, Jeremy Schultz, 24 years old, I’ll be finishing up school this July for law enforcement and don’t really know where I’ll be working. Hopefully somewhere around the western suburbs of the cities such as the Plymouth area. I have no experience in real estate investing my roommate introduced me to fish dad poor dad about a year ago and I’ve read a few other books and listened to podcasts in here but that’s about it. My plan is to buy my first home when I graduate as a duplex or larger and keep going up from there with house hacking. Thanks in advance for any tips and advice.
