General Investing rehabing and flipping
Three years ago I posted something on Facebook that I wrote and it came up as a memory today about WRITING DOWN YOUR DREAMS and working toward them a bit every day. I have a full-time job but I took my own advice and started to listen to Youtube videos of Brandon Turner and Clayton Morris every day about Real Estate Investing. I listen every day!! I read hundreds of blogs and 1000 of pages on Real Estate flipping and buying and holding real estate. I honestly know a drop in the bucket of all I can learn but learned enough to get started. I have my feet wet and just closed my first flip! It made a good profit! Whatever you are dreaming about my advice to you is to PRAY, PRAY, PRAY, then LEARN, LEARN, LEARN, and then JUMP!!!! Start today with whatever it is that gets you excited. It is most likely your calling, your anointing, your grace for your place in this world. If I can pray, learn, and then jump anyone can!!!!
