New Member- York, Pa
Hello all! New BP member but happy to say I discovered the BP podcast a while ago and have spent the last year listening to and reading as much as I could get my hands on. I'm also fairly new to investing located in the York, Pa area. My fiance and I purchased our first house hack back in October and fixed it up (best decision we've ever made!) and are currently under contract for another duplex in York. I am thrilled to be moving forward with real estate investing and working toward generating passive income through buy and hold to ultimately achieve our goal of financial freedom.
I would be love to talk with some other local investors and will absolutely be attending the local real estate meetups. I'm exciting to be a part of this awesome community! Thank you!

Welcome! I am under contract for a 6-unit property in York right now. Will probably look for other opportunities in that area in the future. There is a very active meetup group in York that meets monthly, if you didn’t know.
