I am so very happy to have found Bigger Pockets! I am a former rental-home owner who is now in the market for buying single family homes in the north KC, Liberty, Kearney and especially Excelsior Springs areas. Our goal is to continue to find quality homes at a discount to fix up and owner- finance to buyers. Our goal is to offer housing to families who may not normally qualify for their own homes.
